Based in Melbourne. Do I pin for my seasons or the northern hemisphere's?

Garden content. My December is peak summer, blazing hot, tomatoes everywhere. Pinterest in December is apparently wreaths and snow.

If most of the volume and most of the ad money is northern, do I write about planting garlic in October like an American, or do I stay true to my actual garden and accept a smaller audience? Anyone from AU/NZ/South Africa/South America solved this?
