Pinterest flagged my domain as spam and I'm pretty sure it's the affiliate redirects

Every new pin from my site has thrown "this link may lead to spam" for about three weeks. The only thing I changed before it started was moving all outbound affiliate links to /go/ redirects so I could swap merchants later. I've appealed twice and got what looks like the same templated denial both times. Has anyone actually gotten a domain unblocked, and did pulling the redirects have anything to do with it?

Same thing happened to me in March. I stripped the /go/ redirects off every page that had a pin pointing at it, waited about ten days, appealed again with one specific URL as the example, and it cleared. I can't prove the redirects were the cause, but that was the only change I made.

The appeal form is a black hole if you send a paragraph of frustration. Mine went through when I listed three exact URLs and nothing else. No story, no explanation.

Don't assume it's the redirects. I got blocked with zero affiliate links anywhere on the site - turned out to be a batch of thin, scraped-looking posts a freelancer had put up two years earlier. Audit the whole domain, not just the outbound links.
