pinterest tagged two of my pins ai modified and i draw everything by hand

Illustration account. I work in Procreate, the only automated thing that touched these files was a resize and the built in noise reduction. Two pins came back tagged as AI modified. I appealed and have heard nothing in eleven days. What I actually want to know is not how to appeal, it is whether the label itself changes distribution. Pinterest's position is that labelling is about transparency and not a penalty, but I cannot find a single person who has run a labelled pin against an unlabelled one on the same account and compared the reach.
